The website www.zenithmat.com is an online store specializing in the sale of acupressure mats and cushions and wellness accessories.

2. Scope of application


These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern all sales made on the website www.zenithmat.com.

They apply to any purchase made by a consumer within the meaning of the introductory article of the Consumer Code.


By placing an order on our site, the customer acknowledges having read, understood and accepted without reservation these General Terms and Conditions.

3. Products


The products offered for sale are those appearing on the site at the time of consultation by the customer.

Each product is accompanied by a detailed description, illustrative photos and a price including VAT.


Despite the care taken in updating the site, errors may occur. In the event of an obvious error (e.g., inconsistent pricing), ZenithMat reserves the right to cancel the order after informing the customer.


The photographs are for informational purposes only and ZenithMat cannot be held liable.

4. Price


Prices are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs.

Delivery costs are indicated to the customer before final validation of the order.


ZenithMat reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time of the order.

5. Order


The customer places an order via the website www.zenithmat.com by following the steps of the purchasing process.

Any order constitutes express acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.


Once the order is validated and paid, a confirmation email is sent automatically.

ZenithMat reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a previous dispute with the customer or suspicion of fraud.

6. Payment


Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

The customer can pay for their purchases using the following methods:

  • Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Shopify Payments
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay
  • Mollie (PCI-DSS certified secure payment platform)
  • Klarna (payment in installments or deferred, depending on the country)
  • PayPal (if enabled)


All transactions are secure.

No banking data is stored on the website www.zenithmat.com.

7. Availability of products


Our product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, while stocks last.

If a product is unavailable after the order has been validated, ZenithMat will contact the customer to offer an exchange, a credit note or a full refund.

ZenithMat cannot be held responsible for any delay attributable to the carrier or to circumstances beyond its control.

9. Reception and complaints


The customer is required to check the condition of the package upon receipt.

Any anomaly (damaged package, missing product, delivery error) must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, by email to contact.zenithmat@gmail.com with supporting photos.


No claims will be accepted after this period.

10. Right of withdrawal


In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is an error on our part.


The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned product.

11. Warranty and liability


All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).


In the event of a proven defect, the customer can request the repair, replacement or refund of the product.


ZenithMat cannot be held responsible for indirect damages or damages resulting from improper use of the products.

The personal information collected is necessary for the processing and delivery of orders.

13. Force majeure

15. Applicable law and disputes


These T&Cs are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at an amicable resolution, the customer may refer the matter to the competent court in accordance with the rules of common law, or use the services of a consumer mediator free of charge.
