Information on the right of withdrawal & return policy

🕓 1. Right of withdrawal (private customers)

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code , you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty.

Terms :

  • The period runs from the day on which you (or a third party other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.
  • If your order concerns several products delivered separately, the period starts from the receipt of the last item .
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, complete, in its original packaging and in perfect condition for resale.
  • Products returned damaged, soiled or incomplete will not be accepted.

🔁 2. Return procedure

To exercise your right of withdrawal or request a return:

  1. Contact us before any return at the following address:

    specifying your order number, your name and the reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with the exact return address and instructions to follow.
    Returns not authorized in advance cannot be accepted.
  3. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part (defective product or product not conforming to the order).
  4. Once the product has been received and inspected, we will refund you within a maximum of 14 days , using the same payment method used when ordering.

⚠️ 3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Hygiene or wellness products opened after delivery (for health or health protection reasons).
    Examples: acupressure mats, cushions, accessories that have been used or removed from their sealed packaging.
  • Customized products or made to customer specifications.
  • Gift vouchers or gift cards.

💬 4. Defective products or order errors

If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect , contact us within 48 hours of receipt at contact@zenithmat.com with:

  • your order number,
  • a description of the problem,
  • and, if possible, a photo of the product concerned.

We will take care of the replacement or refund according to your preference.

💸 5. Refund

Once the return has been validated:

  • You will receive a confirmation email,
  • The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 working days ,
  • Via the same payment method used for the purchase.
